Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture, fragile items), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and hardware intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items: Flower shelves that have been assembled or used; artificial flowers removed from packaging; vases that have been used or show signs of water exposure.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging. Vases must be carefully wrapped.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For flower shelves, costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply for flower shelves.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and manufacturing processes, actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
